玉竹枸杞汤
材料:
甘榜鸡1只(斩块,去皮)
玉竹35克
枸杞50克
淮山35克
红枣10粒
老姜3片
白米酒2汤匙
水1000毫升
做法:
1) 将鸡川烫, 捞起备用.
2) 将全部材料倒入煲中, 加入水以大火煮滚, 再转小火煮2小时即可.
功效:
养血补气, 保湿
