姜葱花肉
材料:
花肉300克(切薄片)
葱头仔10粒(捣烂)
姜片50克
红萝卜20克(切片)
葱段少许
调味料:
鲍鱼汁1汤匙
生抽1汤匙
糖少许
白米酒3汤匙
做法:
1) 烧热麻油, 爆香葱头仔, 加入肉片炒香, 放入调味料, 大火炒至干湿为止.
功效:
祛风保湿
