北芪党参乌鸡汤
材料:
北芪80克
党参80克
乌鸡半只
红枣3粒
枸杞1汤匙
水1000毫升
做法:
1) 把乌鸡洗净. 把所有材料放入煲内, 以大火煮滚后转小火焖煮1-1小时半.
功效:
健脾胃, 增食欲, 补气益气
