枸杞姜茸排骨
材料:
排骨300克
调味料:
蒜米2汤匙
姜茸2汤匙
枸杞1汤匙(温水泡过)
白米酒1汤匙
黄酒1汤匙
盐少许
做法:
1) 排骨洗净 ,放入调味料腌1小时.
2) 把排骨蒸半小时至熟为止.
功效:
祛风, 驱寒保湿
