肉碎炒芦笋
材料:
肉碎100克
芦笋200克
松子仁1汤匙
姜丝10克
麻油3汤匙
调味料:
素香菇调味粉
生抽1汤匙
做法:
1) 芦笋修掉老硬部分, 洗净, 切约3公分.
2) 烧热麻油, 炒香姜丝后捞起, 留下麻油.
3) 放入肉片略炒, 再放芦笋拌炒后加入调味料炒至芦笋熟再加入松子仁即可.
功效:
祛风, 驱寒, 保湿
