姜丝炒烧肉
材料:
烧肉150克(切片)
老姜80克(切片)
白米酒2汤匙
麻油3汤匙
做法:
1) 烧肉麻油, 爆香姜片.
2) 加入烧肉兜炒, 再加入调味料炒均匀, 然后淋上白米酒炒至浓干. 如喜欢蒜茸味道,可加入爆香蒜茸拌烧肉.
功效:
祛风补虚 ,保湿
