蜜糖鸡
材料:
鸡半只
姜丝少许(爆香)
腌料:
蜜糖1汤匙
生抽1汤匙
麻油1汤匙
鲍鱼汁1汤匙
胡椒粉少许
姜和葱头仔适量(捣烂后挤汁)
做法:
1) 将鸡洗净沥干, 加入腌料腌1小时.
2) 把鸡排在盘上, 放进烘炉内, 用250度烘15分钟, 翻转再烘15分钟.
3) 取出, 搽上蜜糖, 再铺上爆香姜丝即可.
功效:
补气行血
